Exterior Wall Crack Resistant Putty

This product is mainly used for scraping the exterior wall of the building, especially for the base layer of high-grade paint and other coatings. It has passed the certification of Chinas ten rings and is a green and environmentally friendly product.

Product features: 1. The strength of the product is extremely high, the national standard strength requires 0.60MPa, and the product can reach 0.85-1.05MPa.

2. It has water resistance and alkali resistance, and is easy to construct.

3. Non-toxic, tasteless, safe and environmentally friendly.

4. No cracking, good adhesion, can be well combined with the underlying substrate.                                    

Main ingredients: Portland cement, quartz sand, calcium carbonate and additives.

Reference dosage: 1.5-2Kg/square meter (according to the flatness of the wall surface).

Base treatment: Remove the loose parts and impurities of the base to ensure that the base is solid and free of floating ash and dirt. If the surface of the base layer is too dry, the sealing primer should be rolled over the base layer before scraping the putty.

Product mixing: According to the ratio of powder to water weight ratio of 1:0.40 (the actual proportion of water is suitable for the best construction), add water first, then add powder and stir for 3~5 minutes to form a paste, stir evenly and let stand for 5~10 minutes, and then fully stir to use.

Batch scraping and leveling: the thickness of this product should be between 0.5-1.0mm for a single batch scraping, especially the first time should be based on the leveling wall, generally two times to survive, and the time interval should be greater than 3 hours each time.

Executive standard: Technical standard: JG/T 157-2009 "Putty for Building Exterior Wall" (P).

Construction temperature: The construction environment temperature should be between 5°C~35°C.

Storage and transportation: Store in a cool, dry place to protect from moisture. The product has a shelf life of 12 months. The product is safe and non-combustible, and the storage and transportation can be handled as non-dangerous goods.
